passwords

I recently got a used computer that has "Cybersitter" on it and I can't get
it off because of a password. How can I override this????? I have Windows
XP(Dell)
 
Regedit, Edit menu, Find the 'ratings' key, and delete the 'key' value, then
'disable' the Content Advisor(blank password) , in ie, tools options.
content tab.
