forgot password How can she start her windows xp. She did
not make up a disk for this.

Will let her know about the help on this site. Gave some
info for her to try. Will let you know, sure wish there
was something easier.

Next time have her make a disk. Has she tried logging in as administrator in
Safe mode? The password will be blank unless she set one. Once in, she can
reset her account password from the users applet in the control panel.
