Hi ,

I have a problem on the below.

User was unable to change password on Vista machine. AD is Windows 2003 SP2.
User account was set to change password upon next login. Upon login, user
was prompted to change password, after entering password for both existing
and new password, error was prompted "unable to reset password" and unable
to contiune.

Please advise.

Is the user entering a new password that meets the complexity
requirements set by the domain administrator?
