password help

my company had to layoff an employee but forgot to get
his password to his PC.Now when we try to boot up his PC
we cant get windows to load up and open..is there a way
to bypass his password to open windows and delete his
password...

Hello,
There no method of bypassing the users password. If this machine was in a
domain the administrator should have the right to logon locally to the
workstation.
