partmgr

hi everyone. I recently noticed that under my device manager i have a yellow
exclaimation mark by the PartMgr. it says it's started and that "This device
is not present, is not working properly, or does not have all its drivers
installed. (Code 24)" I have no idea what this does..besides that its a
partition manager. I would be very thankfull if someone could help me with
this.

thanks kelly. but it didn't help my problem. Most website on google talk
about fatual crashes and bluescreens. none of which i have. I don't believe
it is affecting performance any. Who knows. I do swap hard drives quite
frequently. maybe that's messing with it.
