Panasonic ram disk drivers

Hi all, ever since installing xp service pack 2 I can't get my DVD ram drive
to work. The system would just go into a never ending cycle of re-booting,
until I removed the drivers. The drive still works ok as a DVD drive & will
still burn to DVD -r disks, it's just the ram disks that it won't write (or
read) to. I tried Panasonics web site for updated drivers, & e-mailed them,
but no joy. Anyone know where I might get new drivers for this drive? It's a
Panasonic (Matshita) DVD-RAM LF-D310 drive.
Thanks in advance.
