pages open on their own

I have pages open on their own mostly start and other files, and they jump
all over the computer, how do I stop this, is it a virus, that is not
detected, worm? or something else. This is making me crazy, how do I stop
this?

Hi Sherryl,

I would suggest you to follow the given steps:

Download the HijackThis Program from:
http://www.spychecker.com/download/download_hijackthis.html

1. Create a new folder on your Desktop and download the File into that folder.
2. Close all the browsers and applications.
3. Double click on the Hijackthis.exe file and run.
4. To scan your system, click on Scan button.

Once Scan is complete

5. Click Save Log
6. Save the hijackthis.log

Post the hijackthis.log here for further analysis.

7. Close the Hijackthis (Do not fix the Scan file)
