Page not opening to fit the screen

Whenever I connect to the internet, my home page only
shows the top left corner, about 3 inches square, in the
bottom right of my screen. I have tried draging it open
while holding down the control button, but this only
works until the next time I go online. Also, the same
thing happened just now when I clicked on "New Post". I
had to drag it open. This is not a screen resolution
problem, the page is offset.

Hi Bruce

After you have dragged the window to the size that you want it, hold down the Ctrl key and close that window by clicking on the X in the top right hand corner of the window - re-start the appropriate window.
