Screen of O.E. is not Full/Regular size

Hi:
Recently, I bought a slightly used PC with XP3 as 'back-up' PC, since I like
XP over Windows 7.

When I clicked to open Outlook Express 6, there is a space at left side of
Outlook Express which is about 1.5 inches from the corner of left-side of
the screen that results 1.5 inches chopped-off at the right side of screen.
It's very awkward screen, as if O.E. 6 pushed to the right by a heavy
object.

I attempted to restore/make a 'normal/regularl-sized' O.E. by using
cursor/mouse several times, but it's still the same, ... 1.5 inches short at
the right-side of O.E. because 1.5 inches at the right-side of O.E. can NOT
expand.
It seems the format of O.E. 6 got messed-up. Cursor/Mouse does no any help.

How to make Outlook-Express 6 in normal/regular sized format?

Thanks for any help in advance.

Have you tried clicking on Maximize?

More important, if you purchased a used PC, even if it has only been
"slightly used," you really should perform a Clean Install as you cannot
be 100% sure as to what was on there.

And what do you mean by XP3? Windows XP at the SP3 level?
