Outook Rules - Blackberry

I have a user running Outlook 2003 (Cached Mode) on Exchange 2003, who uses a
blackberry.

We currently have a rule in place on his profile, to re-direct any emails
that come into his inbox, to the blackberry internet account (we are not use
the blackberry server).

For some reason, every 15 to 20 minutes, this rule will turn itself off. He
has to go into the rule wizard, and turn it back on.

Ideas??

No..we are using Outlook Rules. Basically, the rule is for all new emails
that arrive, redirect to the blackberry, except for emails from his own
internal address, or from certain organization distribution lists. This
leaves a copy on Exchange, and sends another one to his mobile device.

The rule works fine, while active, but then for some reason turns off.

We are not using that solution and haven't tried another though I'm in
negotiation to set up a BES at this time. We simply use the redirector
through the Wireless desktop software provided by the ISP. As long as the PC
is on, even when locked, email flows to the blackberry and leaves a copy in
Outlook. Should the PC shut down for any reason however, the connection is
lost (hence working on implementing a BES server).
