Redirect to Blackberry not working

I am using Outlook 2003 on an Exchange server and a Blackberry 7100i. About
5 weeks ago I purchased the Blackberry and set up the rule in Outlook to
redirect all email to my Blackberry. This worked flawlessly until one
afternoon last week when it, literally, suddenly quit working. Since that
time niether redirect nor forward will work. I have deleted the rule,
shutdown, recreated rule, restarted the computer and rebooted the phone
several times. This doesn't work. I have spent hours on the phone with
Blackberry support and haven't received any useful help. Blackberry of
course wants me to either integrate my Outlook account through the Blackberry
web client or use their redirector tool. Problem is these only work when my
computer is turned on and connected to the network. Of course the only time
I need the redirect is when I am out of the office with my computer and not
connected to the network. The only other insight that Blackberry offered is
that our corporate network administrator must have changed the rules on the
server so that neither forward or redirect will work. I have confirmed with
our network director that no changes have been made to the Exchange server in
the last 6 months. HELP PLEASE! Thank you in advance for your time.

Have you tried forwarding emails to another email account?

Also you may be interested in asking you IT person to set up your
(e-mail address removed) as a contact in active directory, and
setup the forwarding rule on the exchange server. The downside to this is
that you can’t control when or when not to forward emails, but it removes the
reliance to have you PC and outlook running at all times
