OutlookExpress Problem

I am not receiving my emails here because my password/address is being
corrupted. This per reps from Cox Cable. At least 5 times now, I have
worked with Cox to get set up to receive emails only to have it occur again
with in 48 hours of less. I have checked my computer for viruses and all is
ok.

what can we do to debug this paroblem

Try a different mail reader, such as Mozilla Thunderbird. I'm not
trying to be smart; I've just seen too many files and settings lost by OE.

This is the same answer I got from the Cox rep. I went over 14 months with
out this problem. will see... Thanks.
