Outlook not working properly

New Asus netbook - installed Office 07 - everything working fine except
Outlook - (use Cox) sometimes receive email ok but usually dialog box comes
up again and again saying "Enter Network Password" which I do continually but
just keeps coming up. Contacted Cox but as I can sign in to Webmail without
problem, Cox says it must be problem with Outlook. Problem beyond my
capabilities so please advise courses of action; in detail please as I am not
computer savvy - thanks - take care David

This test has nothing to do with anything Outlook-related and does not rule
out a problem on Cox's SMTP server, since you're completely bypassing that
server when you use the web interface. What version of Windows?
