All of my Microsoft products have lost my identity. All that I open want me
to give my details the worst is Outlook it wants a new profile and to do this
I don't get my old personal folders or my email.
 
'Identity' ?
Version of Office?
What does it say in Word 'Help, about'?

If you use the mail applet you can add other pst's or, in OL File>Open>Data
