Outlook will not accept new email addresses -today

Problem with new email addresses. Outlook wants to "check names" name not
recognised. In the "To" box the new email address will not underline itself
at all.
 
List the steps that produced this behavior change. This just doesn't start
happening all by itself.
State your Outlook version.
Check the configuration of your Outlook Address Book.
 
Thanks - I have resolved the problem. it was me putting in the wrong address!
