I am using MS Office 2003 in my office, and we have our own server for email.
However, I am having no problem login to my account on the web, but just not
receiving anything. My Inbox in Web Access is always empty. Please let me
know how to configer this so I can receive up to date email on the web?

Is your default delivery location in Microsoft Outlook the exchange mailbox
or a personal folders file? Reason I ask is if the default delivery
location is a personal folders file, it means that nothing will be left on
the server.

Thank you, but how do I determine that?

Open Outlook 2003 and select Tools > Email Accounts > View/Change existing
email accounts. Dropdown you are after is at the bottom left.
