Outlook Web Access Windows being blocked

Whenever I try to send a new msg, it says popup window is
blocked. Also when trying to reply or just opening the
email. I am using XP. How can I correct this. I cannot
send any emails from Outlook Web Access. I have
uninstalled SpyBot, and have no other popup blocker
installed.
