I installed a popup blocker that I didn't like. I
uninstalled it and now all popups are blocked.
Additionally, when I use the 'Open in new winddow', that
new page too is blank (clear). Hitting ESC followed by
refresh loads all these blank (clear) pages however the
blue bar at the top of the page says 'No page to display'
(cannot mark as favorite).

What was the program?
Did you use the uninstall?

The all have their secrets.
