IE6 - Popup Blocker Tool

I am running Win XP Sp2. I like the Pop Up Block
Tool and have it turned on.
But, I seem unable to get to 90% of the web pages
without have to do a
Cntrl/enter to override the blocker or just turn
it off. Gets a little annoying.
And workaround to get my web pages up and keep the
popup's away ?
