Outlook Voting Buttons - Is there a maximum number of voters?

In Outlook 2000 is there a maximum number of people who can receive an email
with voting buttons? I have tried to use it for tracking responses and it
seems to max out around 100 and then overlay replies on the Tracking tab.

Is there a configuration parameter that governs the max?

I think there is a maximum, although I don't remember what it is. It sounds like you hit the practical max of what Outlook can display. There is no related setting.
