Voting Buttons in Outlook

When using the voting buttons option in Outlook, should a recipient vote and
"edit" the response, the edited response goes to the sender's inbox. Under
the tracking tab of the original message is a column titled "response" which
displays how the recipient voted and not the edited comment. Is there a way
to have the edited comment display with how the recipient voted?
