How to update Voting reponse in the tracking tab

Traditionally the Outlook will automatically update the voting responses in
the tracking tab if the sent message is in the sent items and voting
responses are in the Inbox. But if I move the sent message to .pst (personal
folders) the voting responses are not updated in the tracking tab. Is there
any way where I can do that later on?
