Email Voting - Tracking results tab not showing

Outlook 2003: I sent my first email with voting buttons. The original email
is in my Sent folder, the replies are in my Inbox. I am trying to review the
voting results, following these instructions from Outlook help:

"Review tracking results and voting responses
Open the original message you are tracking. This message is usually located
in the Sent Items folder.
Click the Tracking tab."

Where is the Tracking tab?

You must receive votes and OPEN them to get tracking started then go to the
Sent email and it will have on I on it. It will also have a tracking tab.

Thank you so much - I have been looking high and low for an answer (look at
ALL the help sections I could get my hands on) and it is as simple as opening
the read message for the tracking to show.
