Outlook today screen

when you start outlook and the outlook today screen is
displayed it is all distorted, it looks like a web page
that has not loaded correctly with pictures missing and
has a few small squares accross the screen. I have tried
to repair using the repair tool and have tried to
reinstall it but this hasn't worked.

Can anyone help.
