How do I change the font on the Outlook Today screen? And where do I
find OT - it doesn't appear in my navigation pane (only appears when I
first start Outlook)

Click the root of your data store (the one with the "Outlook Today" icon of
the clock, house, and paper). Alternatively, enable your Advanced toolbar.
It's the leftmost icon on that toolbar.

Thanks Brian, I customized the toolbar to add OT. But I don't see the
icon in the data store root, not sure exactly where I should be
looking...

Does this apply to Outlook 2007? Sure looks complicated...

It applies to any version of Outlook, although some of the details may be
different. Outlook Today is just a web page, after all, contained in a DLL.

Do you see the folder tree root name above all your other folders? It
should say "Mailbox - your name" or "Personal Folders". That's Outlook
Today. Click on it to select it.

Wonder why it doesn't appear in every view...

In essence, the root is a mail folder. Only the Mail and Folder List views
show mail folders.
