Outlook signature

I’ve read all suggestions & my situation is similar but can’t figure out
solution.

I have 2 old signatures I would like deleted.
They are not in Outlook/Tools/Options/MailFormat/Signaures.

When word is editor, Insert/Autotext/signatures enables the 2 choices.
(When no editor, there is no choice.)
When the signature is right-clicked, the menu does not offer signature
choices.

In Word, Tools/Options/General/Email – the 2 old signatures do not appear.

I’m sure you know where they’re hiding.

Thanks very much.

Delete them from the Insert | AutoText | AutoText dialog.

Thanks so much. I guess now I have a follow-up question (it doesn’t end,
does it?).

If I would like to keep Word as my Outlook editor but would like the choice
of entering a signature only occasionally, how would you suggest to do it?

I don’t want to set a default and have to delete it every time.

Thanks again.

Consider using AutoText entries.

I don’t want to set a default and have to delete it every time.

Create a signature that contains a single space character and make that the
default. Then, when you want to add a sig with text, you can change it with
the right-click.
