Signature format distorted when replying or forwarding an email

Hi
On a new email the signature looks fine but when I reply to any email or
forward it the signature is added but with extra lines and large spaces
in-between.
I have added the signature again and it’s in a plain format but it hasn’t
worked.
I can’t re-install Outlook as it is a company laptop with very locked down
access.
