Outlook not adding signature to multiple forwards

I have a user using Outlook 2007 that has set a signature to
automatically be added to replies and forwards. When he forwards one
message the signature appears correctly, however when he forwards
multiple messages (which appear as attachments) the signature is not
added to the email. Is this something I can fix?

I understand there is no text in the textbox to append the signature
to, however it should treat it as a 'new' email then and pop in a
signature. Is this something that Outlook just plain wont do ? (The
workaround is simple enough, the user manually adds a signature to
each email)

Thanks in Advance

This is usually the result of having more than one accounts and not
specifying a default signature for each account. At the very minimum, for
automatic signatures, it's a good idea to have a signature that is at least,
say, two hyphens and a space so that there is something for Outlook to put
in the signature area of the message, unless the person wants a more complex
signature for all accounts.
