[Outlook 2003] Signature alignment changes on reply

Hi All,
I made up a nice custom signature for new emails and replies.
On some emails when I hit "Reply", the signaure align to the right. (most of
them align to the left). the format of those emails is HTLM and I'm not using
word as editor.
How can I fix this? Any thoughts?
