Signature Displays HTML code in Reply Messages

I am receiving an error in replies to my Outlook messages. The following
HTML formatting code is displayed in all replies: size=2 width="100%"
align=center tabindex=-1>
I believe this error is tied to my personalized Outlook signature, but I
have not found a fix to eliminate this problem that allows me to use my
signature without errors. Any ideas what to do to stop this HTML code from
being displayed in reply messages?
