HTML in Outlook signature

I'm using Outlook 2002. My OS is Vista Business.

How do I get my Outlook signature to properly display HTML code? My Outlook is set to send in HTML format (I think) and I can receive emails that have HTML and it's properly displayed. I just can't seem to get the HTML in my signature to display properly when I send an email.

It might be helpful if you provided detail on what "display properly" means in your scenario.

By "display properly" I mean I'd like the HTML code that is in my signature to be interpreted and displayed in an email like it would be displayed by a browser. Right now, all I get is the actual HTML code appearing in the email.
