Ok I have searched everywhere and found some of the workarounds that take tremendous amounts of effort and only allow one html signature.
Well here is the easy way and you can use as many signatures as you want.
1. Open your html signature in a window such as internet explorer and copy the entire signature into the clip board (cut and paste).
2. Open the signature box in Outlook 2007 (tools, options, mailformat, signatures), start a new signature name and in the large box for typing in your standard signature, paste in your html signature and click ok. Yes that is all and it works great.
You just have to make sure you are sending or returning mail in html format.

This method is pretty much a guaranteed method to break any included
pictures.
As you have the htm-file already, simply copying it to the Signatures folder
will do. Of course you'll have to create a Plain Text and Rich Text version
as well.
Not true, you can create as many as you like.
