Global signature for all users

I have Exchange 2003 and Outlook 2003 in my organization. Is there a way that
I can create a signature line (disclaimer) and apply it to all users on the
exchange server or all users in an OU? I have seen the links to the
applications I can purchase. I’m wondering if I can do this w/o having to
purchase an application.

But first check your server anti.v s/w and/or antispam s/w - many of
them provide that function, eg Sophos PureMessage.
