Outlook should allow default settings to turn off features in all.

Not everyone is enamored with certain features in Outlook like the Reading
Pane and the grid line in the folder views. We should be able to set an
option to turn off these features for all folders rather than having to go
into each folder to change the settings.

The Reading Pane can be removed from Outlook either using the /nopreview
switch when you start Outlook or by modifying the "Messages" view. See
http://www.outlook-tips.net/howto/grouping.htm for the method. While that
page describes how to turn off "By Groups", it will work for any view
attribute.
