Outlook sending error Hotmail Plus

I am using Windows XP and Outlook 2003 and am connected to a local ISP. I
have a Hotmail Plus account and would like to integrate Outlook and Hotmail.
After setting up the Hotmail account in Outlook, I am able to download the
incoming e-mails, yet the outgoing e-mails continue to generate the error
Task 'Hotmail - Sending' reported error (0x80040201): ' Unknown Error
0x80040201'.

I have searched through help resources for clues to the problem, but no
luck. any ideas or suggestions?

Hi guys.
I think the problem is the same as I had using Outlook 2003.
The problem is generated when you open old emails (usually in an archive.pst
file).
When Outlook tries to send a read receipt to the sender and the address
doesn't exist, this error is generated.
The only way to fix this is to use Outlook Spy, as described in
http://www.outlook-tips.net/howto/delete_rr.htm
Follow the instructions here word for word and the problem will be fixed.
Let me know if it worked or not.
