Outlook Password

I have recently started having trouble with some of the
machines in my office. We recently upgraded them to WIN
XP Pro. Some are using Office XP and some are using
office 2000. We are having trouble on either type of
machine. When we shut outlook down after having logged
onto an exchange server via password and username it does
not prompt for a password when we execute the program
again.

It shouldn't ask for a password if the user is logging in to the domain with
Exchange. Do you want the user's to be prompted? If so, you can change the
authentication for the Exchange account. It's on the Advanced tab for the
Exchange account properties. "Logon Network Security."
