Outlook 2007 doesn't remember exchange passwords

Please help. I have machines across my network that are having this issue.
We are connecting to an exchange server that is hosted offsite.
We have both Windows XP Pro and Windows Vista Ultimate machines.
All machines are using Outlook 2007.

It asks for the password to Outlook everytime it is started fresh.
I have gone into the user accounts and manage network accounts and the dots
indicate the password is there... still it asks for it...

Any help offered is help appreciated.

None of those articles solve our problem.
Our Outlook 2007 still asks...any other solutions?
