Outlook Inbox not accessable

I am unable to access my outlook inbox. All worked well prior to a hardrive
upgrade that included a larger hardrive and an upgrade to Office XP. I now
get a message telling me to run the inbox repair tool. I've done that and
havn't solved anything. If anyone could give me some guidance I'd sure
appreciate it.
 
Create a new mail profile here: Control Panel->Mail Icon->Show
Profiles->New. Do not copy your old profile - it is corrupt.

the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.
