Outlook help

In MS Outlook Is it possible to tranfer all the mails from the Mail
Server to my PC n delete them from the Server ???And How to do that
??

What I have done in the past with older versions of Outlook (2000/2002) is to
create a local .pst file, move all of the messages/contacts/calendar over to
that file, then remove the account in Exchange. I know that Outlook 2003 has
a "Cached Exchange" mode that saves a local copy of the server when you are
offline, but I think you may be looking for the first solution rather than
this.
