Outlook Failure notice 'doen't accept non-western character sets'

I get a failure notice when emailing certain people with Outlook. "The user
does not accept email in non-Western (non-Latin) character sets"

Do I have something set wrong in Outlook? This does not happen with my older
Outlook Express or my web based email. Please help! thank you.

Thank you, I deselected the Auto select encoding option in Internation
settings and that seems to have worked. Thanks!
