The user does not accept email in non-Western (non-Latin) characte

I have recently started receiving the following error message when sending
email to people using Outlook:

The user does not accept email in non-Western (non-Latin) character sets.

I have not changed anything on my email settings. Is this some error on my
side? Or on the receiving party side?

I believe that; but what is the default? Could it be Unicode?

Hi -
I started having the same thing happen. I made no changes to my settings and
all of a sudden people that I could usually e-mail I now cannot. They come
back with the following:

(e-mail address removed)1.secureserver.net
The user does not accept email in non-Western (non-Latin) character sets.


This is really frustrating me! What settings do I need to change so that I'm
not sending out Non-Western characters? My international options is set to
WESTERN EUROPEAN (WINDOWS). Should it be WESTERN EUROPEAN (ISO)? Is this
even the correct place to fix this?
