outlook express

my email in outlook express keeps giving me a can't logon
to POP3 server. can send but not receiving.
 
Have you contacted your ISP's support section? This newsgroup supports
games on Windows XP, not Outlook Express issues.
 
Hi Janice,

You definitly need to contakt Your Internet Service
Provider for the correct IP address - beware, Outlook
Express is not a program with which to toy with!
