outlook express

When I open outlook express it shows no new messages. I close it and a little
box opens showing it is loading the messages now. When I re open they are
there. It seems to be backwards to me. Any help? Thanks James

Check your OE settings for startup. If you want OE to check for e-mail on
startup, you need to set that setting:

Tools | Options, General Tab, Send and Receive Messages at Startup
