Outlook Express

I have made sure that the "Block images and other external content in HTML"
in not checked and yet frequently the images in emails are a red X
placemarker. What is the problem?

Please ask in an Outlook Express newsgroup. This one supports Microsoft
Outlook which is part of the Office suite. Outlook Express is part of
Internet Explorer.
