outlook express

I continue to receive an e-mail, that was sent only
once,every time I open Outlook express. I evan put a
block on the sender of the email but I continue to receive
the same e-mail over and over. Any Ides or suggestions
on what to do to stop the e-mail from reappearing??

Go into the settings for outlook express and set it to NOT leave mail on
the server. For particulars look in Help.
