Outlook Express "Times Out"

Up until fe 01, 2006, I have had no problem with Outlook Express. Recently I
can not download email from server, OE gives me an error that it has "timed
out" would I like to continue. I have hit the continue button up to 5x with
no avail.

Please help me with a solution to this problem

Hi,

Check with your email service provider, they may have made some changes on
their end that require an adjustment on yours.
