Outlook Express Slow opening

I am running XP Home and my Outlook Express takes forever to open. Whe I try to apply the solution as described in the "Support" area ie repairing or replacing the imagehlp.dll file, I get a messaage that the file cannot be found. Any help would be appreciated.
