Ian

I would like some help with a User's Outlook account on
our network. This user is recieving un-solicited e-mails
addressed to users who do not have an account on our
network.Anti-virus and spyware checks have been run and
cleared up some problems. This was also done to the
exchange server. Unfortunately this user is still
recieving these e-mails addressed to other users. Other
than changing her e-mail address and deleting the old one
i have no other option. I would appreciate any help on
this matter.

Configure a spam-filter or create a rule to drop all the messages not
specifically addresses to the user.

Also note that this is an Microsoft Office Outlook forum.

Outlook Express is family of Internet Explorer and Outlook of the Office
family.
