Outlook express keeps sending the same mail over & over.

I have tried removing the account and adding it back & it works for a while
then the same thing happens again. I have ran my Mcafee Security & is shows
up nothing. How do I determine what is causing my problem. I also have called
my internet provider & they said it is something in my computer.
 
Sorry, but this newsgroup is for questions about Access, the database
product that's part of Office Professional.

See if you can find a newsgroup that's related to Outlook Express, such as
microsoft.public.windows.inetexplorer.ie6_outlookexpress
