Outlook error msg "ConverttoGlobalHandle" could not be located in link
library KERNEL32.dll

OS = Windows XP Home Edition.

Was Using Office '97.
Upgraded to Outlook 2003.

The error message was returned using OUTLOOK 2003 and OUTLOOK '97

Did you recreate your mail profile after the upgrade?
